The less I am on guard with them.

I become more juvenile and make fun of more things. The more I get to know a person, the more subjects become less sacred.

It's pretty fun.

So, the less I like a person, the more civil and well behaved I act towards them.

a lot of sense...

I often do the same thing.

My biggest problem is when I forget who has a sense of humor and who doesn't.

Another problem I have...or maybe it's not really MY problem as much as it's other people's problem...is that when I'm joking around being a clown I'll sometimes say some really outrageous things. And people without a sense of humor think I'm being serious.

It's sort of disturbing to see how some people will correct, admonish, or outright shame me because they think I actually believe some of the truly inane things I say.

duhhhhhhh

Those are the ones...fuck 'em...who won't, in the future, be treated to my silly and perverse sense of humor. So silly and perverse, I even amuse myself.

I mean, I've done some pretty off the wall things, and sometimes say things deadpan that it is hard to tell if I am joking or not.

So, that's why the more relaxed I am towards someone, the more "juvenile" I can act.

to tell, if someone is deadpanning, whether they're serious or not, which is why I often accompany my silliness with a sort of shit-eating grin.

Which some people fail to notice.

Anyway, as far as acting more juvenile with people you're relaxed with, that's so true for me as well.

I'm such an idiot in front of my kids.... hahahahahah!!!

I like making them laugh. My daughter used to get so embarrassed when she was a teenager. But now that she's in her 40s she just thinks I'm a hoot.

My son and I share the same type of sense of humor. We laugh at the strangest things.
