of the cabbage in my smoothie. To the person who said of my previous cabbage smoothie "it won't make you live forever.... it will just feel like it" I laugh at you. I could do this. Won't help me lose weight. But as a meal replacement it is great.

(118,759 posts)4. I found a mixture of kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and broccoli that was
already washing and mixed. I just divide it in half and freeze it. Yes Kale or spinach does taste much better. But I want a mix of greens. And I think there is less pesticide on cabbage if you take the outer layer off.

I ate it as salad with peanut Asian dressing. And mandarin orange pieces. Yum!
