So I made some wasabi mustard.

To go with some egg rolls.
Tbsp of wasabi powder and tbsp of water.

HOLY SHIT!!!

thinking it was Guacamole.

I tried...but there wasn't a thing I could do...HOLY SHIT!!!, she was a wreck the rest of the evening; you just don't recover quickly from a life changing experience like that.....

I saw some wasabi mayonnaise in the supermarket last week. I was tempted to buy it, but I didn't have any reason to use it. But now I am thinking it may go great in egg or tuna salad.
