He drank a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a couple times a day. In less than 3 days it apparently passed and no longer hurt.

for the pain you're going through. I hope you feel better ASAP.

I'll have to remember that when I get those "twinges" in the kidneys and lower...

Good advice! And thanks!

Those are no joke...I'm so sorry you had one.

I hope it has passed, or if not, that it will pass quickly.

I had one about 8 years ago.

Worse than labor, imo.

Hope yours passes quickly. Drink LOTS of water. Just keep drinking water.

I hate water.

I do, however, love cranberry juice. Which is, according to folklore, good for stones.

I'll take rumor over fact any day!

Keeping your system flushed is most important, no matter what you drink, so long as it's not caffeinated or alcoholic. Although, I have read that beer supposedly helps keep stones small or non-existent

Here's a site just of home-remedies if you want to give it a look:

I hope you manage to eliminate them without pain. I've had to go to the hospital twice because it was too big to pass. I haven't had one that big since (over ten years ago) but I do feel "sand" sometimes.
