We have a niece moving in with us in a two weeks and ours is on the fritz too. Luckily we have a few weeks until it gets unbearable. Hope to have the cash to fix it by then.

Our landlord finally fixed our furnace, after two months. Fortunately the repairman also fixed the a/c at the same time

FL is warm, but we had a couple of freeze warnings during that time
