.... Stepping Stone (w/ I'm a Believer) was the first record I ever bought. I thought they were awesome, and still do.
The Rain the Park... is also a favorite. Even though one of the most poorly recorded songs in the history of pop music, I've always loved it and this is from someone who generally trends towards acid rock and prog rock.

I know he is a creepy right-winger, but I always loved this song for some reason.
