some photos from our trip to the mountains yesterday

Last edited Tue May 20, 2014, 02:24 AM - Edit history (1)

some gray clouds and a stiff breeze, but not a bad day. we go to the same spot every time we make the trek and always have the same meal - steak sandwiches and grilled corn - and this time was no different. it was a nice hour-long drive up the canyon and our spot is at about 8,000 feet.

i thought about taking some video of the drive, but was afraid i'd just drop my phone if i held it out the window.

the river

a few flowers

and the foods

I've been working on that one for three or four years. It's a shame I didn't get to bake a loaf of bread.

Oh, boy, your pictures are wonderful!

And you took them with your phone???

Wow.

The water is beautiful and wow it looks cold....

And the flowers are pretty too.

The food looks scrumptious!

Glad you had a good time!

i love having a phone that takes photos.

the river up there doesn't so much warm up in the summer as it gets less cold.
