We almost maced ourselves out of the kitchen frying some Thai peppers

Fixing a Mexican sauce that has two ingredients and two only: Chili peppers, and olive oil.

Had to open windows and doors to vent the chili smoke, but man, it was worth it!

I'll bet it was hot! I have to be careful of that stuff..........I don't tolerate hot foods all that well.

What do you eat your sauce with?

Not to the point it's completely hard, just enough that it becomes firm.

Put on a bed of guacamole salad, nice and chunky, not pureed.

add a small helping of the chili sauce.

place some nice chunks of seared fajita meat, a couple of drops of lime juice.

Roll into a taco, and enjoy.

Repeat as necessary.
