I love History Detectives on PBS

We tape them so we can savor them. Love the way they dig into obscure issues and really put flesh and blood on stories.
Just watch the one on the sinking of the ferry after the Civil War. Fascinating!

Congress should make a law that if you have a TV channel your shows must contain some of what's in the name of the channel.

Looks like something the Republicans could do instead of fucking up government.

between the hosts?

GAD... talk about ruining a great show...

They pick up the phone and pretend like they are talking to another host or something and say all these stupid scripted lines... gad...

It takes a great show and weakens it, imo.

maybe I am looking at it from a different perspective. They do have phone conversations, but they come across as quite real to me.

You sure that isn't something on the misnamed History Channel?
