And two bits says we could actually read the newspaper story if we watched it on the silver screen.

Best cat we ever had.
Helluva hunter.
Squirrels even.
And loved dogs.
Go figure.

We used to have two visitors our the yard, Merlin and Lola, until they had a territory dispute. Lola, the puny tabby, won, and Merlin, the huge midnight black cat got turned into a wussy house cat. He now sulks in a window and scowls at Lola.

Ever since Lola decided sleeping in our basement was cool, the occasional vexing rat noises in the walls have disappeared, and as Martha Stewart says, "It's a good thing".

Big Red is allowed in our house.
Simon bites.

We also have two next door dogs, Penny and Chloe.
They're little yip-yaps, but not too much of a nuisance.

to announce her arrival before she descends the stairs to the basement for her snooze, and it totally drives our old deaf Border collie, Sally, nuts. She knows there has been a visitor by the smell, but can't figure out how it's happening; you snooze, you lose.

I believe Lola wants to ultimately get up in our window so she can peer across the alley and smirk at Merlin.

I wonder if that was hand cranked or if they just had an adjustable framerate?

The way the cat was paused over the newspaper was slick. I wonder who their wrangler was?

"One night of prayin' and six nights of fun.
The odds against goin' to heaven- six to one."

A cool tune.
