Now I remember the topic: Network anchors' delivery:: CBS deadly serious. MUIR lively
I was always a HUNTLY-BRINKLEY aficionado (sad over David's old age wingnuttism). Never looked at CRONKITE. Then when Dan RATHER took over, whoa deadly delivery. I mean, I liked him when he slapped Tricky Dick around as a reporter, but READING the damned news he was deadly.
But now it seems it's a CBS problem. Whoever this Scott PELLEY is, he reads the damned news like it's all an obituary. Diane on ABC was totally CLOYING. I don't watch Brian, but he seems also into the deadly delivery.
Gotta say MUIR, who has done more time subbing for Diane than Diane has spent for herself, PICKS UP THE PACE!1 But why are they injecting WEATHER/Ginger ZEE into the evening news?!1
Anyway, the point is MUIR is PICKING UP THE PACE!1
