FWIW, the first Muslim fraternity in the United States started at the Univesity of Texas - Dallas last year. I posted a thread about it at the time:

Frat parties would probably be kind of boring. The women would be wearing burkas and there also wouldn't be any alcohol served. However, there might be some hookahs at the house.
Oddly enough, I am getting ready to post another thread about UT-Dallas.
