Is a person is born in Canada, does that make him/her a Canadian citizen, regardless of the

nationality of their parents?

Inquiring minds want to know....it's too late to help me

Last night a friend said her daughter was pregnant. I thought it was a daughter living in CA. It wasn't, but
I still would like to know.

Well would you take a chance on having to claim a second Ted Cruz?

I honestly don't know, I'm sure you can look it up on the tubes.

Under the law at that time there were four requirements for an individual born outside of the US or its territories to be a natural citizen.

1. Parents married at time of birth

2. At least one parent a US citizen

3. That parent has lived in US minimum of 10 years

4. Parent lived a minimum of five years in US after age 14

If Cruz' s mother met those requirements, he can run.
