I had this album, when I was about 10, and I obsessed over it.



I terrified my mother by dropping Davy Jones the next year and going straight to fantasizing about Robert Mitchum.

Making Davy my only non-threatening crush.

Catholic school made me a very sad little girl on most days but watching Davy and the rest of the Monkees could always make me smile despite it all.
