it may be our anniversary trip, but i have eyes for only one man right now

less than eight hours! eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

also, yesterday was fucking awesome. we saw die antwoord, gogol bordello, flaming lips, primus and weezer. i went into complete sensory overload during the flaming lips (sober, btw), but i recovered from that pretty quickly. the husband, who did not resemble sober, was dancing and singing along and i can't tell you how happy that made me.

but tonight is my night and i plan on enjoying the shit out of myself.

we're just about to head out for day two and it really is going to be great. it's about 15 degrees cooler today than yesterday, which is great because it's in a parking lot and it gets hot standing around on that blacktop. i think we're going to start with a ride on the ferris wheel, something i haven't done since i was a teenager.
