Do wild animals respond to a crooning voice? I mean a tone like you'd talk to your cat or dog.

There's a squirrel around here, I think s/he sort of does.

In terms of talking, chatting, cooing, and having them seem to like it and build trust.

I don't see any reason that squirrels would be any different!

they'll respond to any tone they think may be accompanied by a roasted peanut
