the pigs' first two buildings may not have exactly been up to code. I mean, did they even get permits to build? File plans at their local town building department?

...perhaps 8-10 inches tall, their houses may have only been 12-14 inches high which a large wolf may very well have been able to blow down.

(or he had access to a leaf blower)
