3. One of my co-workers followed it faithfully and it really worked for him... BUT...

... he was already very healthy - a former athlete used to training regiments. He didn't need to lose any weight but just wanted to lose body fat and get more toned.

I watched what he ate for breakfast and lunch and NO WAY could I follow that.

have no clue what cavemen weighed but ppl of our time who eat like that really lose the weight

i'm a small person & even i lose weight on it, but i've known bigger ppl to shed a LOT of weight as long as they stick to paleo

Was just reading about cavemen and their diets in National Geographic and thinking these folks didn't really live that long.

Mammoths are extinct. You can't do the paleo diet without mammoths.
