Dog & I are just back from a Pho Soup Run.

Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup . So good on a rainy cold night...Dog gets some noodles for watching the car while I go into the shop. Now back home Harry Potter rerun, Pho and a happy dog and a lap blanket with a purring cat. Life is good tonight.

since pho is usually 85 kinds of beef noodle soup ... and I don't eat beef .... it was a great discovery.

I love Asian soups.

They will drive an hour north to Tehachapi to go to a Pho restaurant that they love. I love it too, but the vegan version.

In other news, I'm jealous of your rainy night! Send some to Cali, please!
