She wakes me up about 4:00 am to let me know that the food dish has a spot where she can see a portion of the bottom of the bowl.

It's like a kid wanting more when he's already got plenty on his plate.

More often than not in the morning she's all around my feet, or flopping at my feet and meowing piteously. So I get a scoop of food, thinking that someone forgot to feed her the night before. But when I check her bowl, it's still full. So, no dice. I guess she thinks I'm stupid enough to keep falling for her act.
