CNN (& Cartoon network) are back on Dish - Who CAVED in the negotiations?!1

Not that my background noise included CNN, except for the Reliable Sources thing and bits of BOURDAIN, but the continual "reporting" in other outlets of Don(?) LEMON's continual gaffes has been slightly titillating with no way to peep in to see who he is. And Cartoon net is totally non-existent for me, whether it's there or not. But on to a RANT: Why do we have to put up with PACKAGES of scores of channels we don't watch?!1

But back to the "negotiations" aka: the mutual hostage taking. Dish was snarky during the void, posting in the CNN slot, "CNN removed the Cartoon Network (& CNN)." This morning with the restoration, not a peep of color commentary.
