I don't know if the ACA helped in this case...
But Blue Cross sure did.
My staph infection in my blood has thus far tallied close to $100,000 in bills. According to my statement, of that I owe $0.00.
ACA is going to take my $1,500 deductible away in 2016 and make it closer to $6,350. Crossing fingers that someone fixes this...
