Funny phone control

Just bought a Samsung phone - not a smart phone, I'm smarted out - and love it.

However I was reading a text about 10 days ago and did "something" and suddenly the text was in 6 point "mouse" type.

Nothing in the manual about changing the size of the text one way or another. Really didn't want to spend the time searching online. So I lived with it.. Passing the T-Mobile store the other day I went in and explained the problem. The guy there takes the phone, opens it to the messaging screen and then PUSHES THE VOLUME CONTROL! The text was immediately back to a readable size (and bigger if I want).
He says that he had the same phone and he finally figured it out. It's not in the manual.

Does your phone have a quirky control?

Yeah. It takes pictures of the inside of my pocket. A button on the side takes pictures. HopeHoops Mar 2012 #1

Even when it is closed, it will take pictures if you push it. Something else in my pocket bumps it when I sit down and I hear the fake shutter noise.

As I never took pictures with that phone - it took really crappy photos - I couldn't understand why the memory kept maxing out. Then I discovered the pocket pics.

IBTL

Though IBTL these days doesn't mean what it once did.

I miss those days.
