Rank the Top Ten Batman Villain performances (live-action only)

From the live-action productions (the 60s Adam West series, the 8 feature films, and the current Gotham series), rank the top ten villain performances.

Here's mine...

1. Jack Nicholson (The Joker)
2. Heath Ledger (The Joker)
3. Michelle Pfeffer (Catwoman)
4. Frank Gorshwin (The Riddler)
5. Julie Newmar (Catwoman)
6. Burgess Meredith (The Penguin)
7. Vincent Price (Egghead)
8. Cesar Romero (The Joker)
9. Cillian Murphy (The Scarecrow)
10. Christopher Walken (Max Shreck)


Note: As much as I adore Mark Hamill and Co., stick with live-action.

I think the guy they got to play the Pengiun in Gotham is shaping up to be an amazing Batman villain.
