(fried in olive oil) and two pieces of organic oatmeal toast, buttered. I'll have a honeybell in a while. I'm stuffed.

A couple of colored bell peppers, red onion, spinach, grape tomatoes, zucchini sautéed in olive oil, tossed with spaghetti. Add some tomato basil seasoning and parmesan cheese. Low calorie plus it hits the spot. Mmmmmm.
