where I live there's no snow in front of my building and 4-5 inches elsewhere. Not because maintenance shoveled or salted - the wind is blowing it away. We're at bottom of a hill and there seems to be a wind tunnel effect any time there's a storm.

Seems like it could be pretty bad there, too.

on Accuweather to be in the 35 - 40 mph range around here. The higher wind speeds (up to 65 mph) are forecast to be out east on L.I.

There are like six people shoveling snow at a snails pace, and there hasn't even been much snow. I have watched the same person shovel about a 25 yard stretch of the sidewalk about ten times, it's funny.

Thanks for sharing it. I used to live right near there, so I bookmarked it. Wow, it's 10pm there now and it's snowing pretty hard. Like you said though, they sure are shoveling a lot!

I think Boston needs to step up it's game with this live camera thing. I'm in SC right now & would like to keep an eye on Boston.
