Happy Valentine's Day, and thanks for the hearts, whoever you are!

We spent it together, as we usually try to do.

To all who don't have anyone, and wish they did, we hope that next year, it looks better for you.

To all those who do have someone, remember that this is just one day out of 365, and that the other 364 are special, too.

To all those who have no one and are perfectly happy that way, hi to you all just the same!

You'd see a lot more of Europe taking some insane tourist vacation. DFW Feb 2015 #2

I need to see Europe again. And construction can be fun. Happy Valentines Day to you too.

I'm usually out of the house/hotel before it's light outside, and usually not done with work until it's dark out. If you're lucky, there's a nice lunch in there, but all shop talk, and usually only in German/French/Dutch/Catalan/Schwyzerdüütsch.

On the other hand, if the construction is all in the same city five days in a row, that would be something new for me, too.
