I love Fettucini alfredo and pasta in pink sauce as well.

....with red clam sauce a close second.

Garlic Toast on the side is a nice addition.

I love the way it feels in the mouth. It holds sauce well and really fills the tummy.

As for what goes on top, there are too many yummy sauces from which to choose.

The only pasta I really can't deal with is Capellini, but that's mostly because it cooks up so fast, I often ruin it because I'm busy chopping veggies and prepping stuff and miss the magic moment where the Capellini reaches al dente perfection.

I was debating on cooking it tonight, but I guess now I will.
