How to start a successful craft beer brewery

That doesn't mean starting a successful brewing business is all fun and drinking games. Future brew masters should consider the following advice before jumping in.

Dear CNN, there is no "Ocean, N.J." You must mean Ocean Township, usually written as "Ocean Twp.".
So what flavors would the Lounge Brewery have to offer? Cornflake Chicken Pale Ale? Pit Bull Double IPA? Breastfeeding Lager? They'd all have to go well with Olive Garden's unlimited breadsticks.
