Can someone here help me with translation?

I think it's German.

Does the title of this album (I'm recording it to CD,) mean, "Kick In The Nuts?"

My German is rusty so some of this doesn't seem to make much sense.

and seems to be wearing stereotyped German costume.
Maybe the lyrics don't make sense because the whole thing is a parody.

that the text on the album cover was a single statement or "poem" that made no sense at all. I just thought my German had too much rust on it to be intelligible.
