Irony at Facebook.

Facebook acquaintance obsessively posts about fast food and how it is unhealthy and full of added ingredients. Which even as someone who has a horrible weakness for fast food, I'll admit: the stuff's not healthy. No one's denying that.

Same Facebook acquaintance obsessively promotes her MLM campaign for Advocare "Meal Replacement Shakes." Which, while billed as healthy, reportedly contain all sorts of added mystery ingredients that many doctors and nutritionists have warned against.

I'm sorry. If I'm forced to choose between two offerings of products with questionable ingredients, I will take the Big Mac any day over a "Meal Replacement Shake."
