One "good" thing about global warming

[IMG][/IMG]

Pacific gray whales are now being seen in Atlantic and Mediterranean waters. At one time Pacific Gray was common in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans - then man went out in his little boats and exterminated the Atlantic version. Now, because of global warming, the whales are repopulating the Atlantic.

"Now we are warming the Arctic again by releasing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. If history is any guide, global warming in decades to come may open up the Arctic for Pacific gray whales, some of whom may wander off their regular migrations and end up in the Atlantic"
