They say I had a TIA, which is a "mini-stroke." Now I have to eat a stupid bland diet. I think I'd rather die. Oh, and the nurse was pretty rude. Jerk.

My friend had a TIA a few years ago, has watched his diet, fat + salt-wise, but was NOT advised to do 'bland,' I think. He's FINE! Check into the 'rules' they gave you, if they actually gave you rules, and 'consult' with us whenever! (Including cooking & baking group.)

I am sure when you follow up with your Doctor they will get you a better diet than bland. That is a big BOO from me.
