Question about DU going down

Is this something that can be controlled and there's a glitch? Or is someone trying to hack and/or attack DU?

I saw it was said that "Our ISP had some kind of network issue." Quoting Skinner. But I have absolutely no clue what that means.

I am sorry. When it comes to this stuff, I am completely ignorant.

Their servers connection to the internet went down 3 times in 24 hours.

Well I should have known what that meant. DERP!

Looked like a maybe a few places use the same ISP. Craigslist was down at the same time
