The cat is supposed to train you instead of you training her (or him). Beautiful kitteh, btw.

if she heard you shuffling cards. she would sit about three feet in front of you and you could flick the cards (like you were trying to put them in a hat or something) and she would catch every one. she LOVED it.

She can hear me brushing my hair while I'm upstairs in my bathroom and she is downstairs on her perch. She will just fly upstairs and jump up on my shoulders to get as close as possible to the brush. She only seems to like it when it is actually brushing hair. She'll let me brush her with it too, but she prefers watching me brush mine. Go figure.

...plastic springs. They are kind of like a small rigid slinky. sometimes she shows up with one from her secret stash and drops it near my feet with an adorable expectant look on her little tuxedo face, as if to say, "OK. Let's do it." She has brought a spring back as many as 30 times in a row before tiring of the game.

It's very endearing.

make way cool little frisbees.
Set one on the couch arm and give it a 'finger flick' down the carpeted hallway.
Back in the day my gray tabby kitty could leap and swat it down while in flight and bring it back for more.
Kitty in vid had to deal with slippery floor.
