in authority verify that everything is order for her to keep her "soul mate." That lady might find herself lunch one day. I would be more concerned about her "soul mate" getting out.

Not everybody is the brightest bulb in the universe on stuff like this.

I don't doubt her paperwork is in order.

I do doubt that 2 fences are adequate, unless they're actually walls and at least 15 feet tall. Which I seriously doubt.

We also have a mountain lion in the neighborhood. Animal control used to insist the sightings were by transplants seeing a bobcat, until he saw it in his backyard one morning. It's picture was splashed on page 1 of the weekly. Now they say that it's not likely a native mountain lion but most likely was somebody's illegal exotic pet that was released when it grew up. He lives right up the road from me, and the mountain lion has also been spotted about 2 miles in the other direction on my road. But I listened to mountain lion roars too, and determined I clearly heard an african lion roar, not a mountain lion roar.

I would check and make sure the big cat didn't escape, just in case. Growing up, I lived next door to a mountain lion. The neighbors kept it in their house, and chain-linked the back porch so it could go out there. I could watch it from by bedroom window with binoculars and all I wanted to do was rescue it, poor thing. They sound like a baby crying and listening to it made me want to even more. It never had a place to go outside and roam around.

I've never heard of a zoo auction; had no idea they did that.
