Jiggery pokery cocktail recipe
Might be just the thing for a toast to celebrate the SCOTUS ACA decision

"Cocktail Recipe: Jiggery Pokery
1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
0.5 oz Pomegranate Molasses (see below)
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Apple Juice
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
Shake with ice and strain
Garnish with a lemon wheel

Pomegranate Molasses (from Alton Brown)
4 cups Pomegranate Juice
0.5 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan
Cook over lowest heat for several hours or until only 1 cup of liquid remains
Allow to cool (syrup will thicken)"
