The four best or worst words for a freelance designer these days: THE SERVER IS DOWN.

Today these words worked in my favor and bought me some legitimate time to get other things done during an unrealistic deadline.

(Clients server took a shit and I can't work on their project until they get it up and running because I can't access their source material.)

Next time, these very same words may bite my ass hard.
