I just watched this again and I'd like to share an observation

I've known this for quite sometime, probably because of my artistic background, that I noticed it with my first viewing, but seeing it again tonight on HBO I said, "Why not show all of you?"

It's the final moments from the Six Feet Under finale, which I consider one of the finest television scenes ever.

You can tell how much care and detail that was put into the editing, the choreography of movement and how precisely the music coordinates seamlessly with the visuals in each and every shot.

One clear example of this is the early overhead shot on the freeway, as both Claire's Prius and the cars following it mimic sound meter bounces of the singer, Sia's voice. You can see also in other shots, of how natural body movements are integrated into the choreography as well.

Everything in this segment is both subtle and stark, while conveying a high level of emotional sophistication.

So check it and watch closely… Your appreciation of this piece can only grow.
