The DU Lounge

I haven't seen it in more than 40 years, but it used to air as part of the rotation on The Land of Hatchy Milatchy in the early 70s, and likely elsewhere.
As I recall, the cartoon featured several Universal-style monsters. In the opening sequence, a scientist character (maybe a vampire?) is pouring some kind of mixture into a man-shaped mold in order to create a Frankenstein-style monster. His assistant, watching the process, says "when it's done, can I lick the spoon?" in a cadence reminiscent of the Boris Karloff-esque verses of The Monster Mash.
In the process, he bumps the scientist's elbow, causing him to pour too much of the "nice" component spills into the mold, resulting in a monster that's too kind-hearted for the scientist's tastes. This, I believe, was the central gag of the show.
There might also have been a character named something like "Clarawambie the Zombie."
Ring any bells? Don't let me down, Lounge!

Enjoy the opening (2 versions):
