ESPN reporting that Peyton Manning signing with Denver.

Poor Timmy, looks like he isn't The Chosen One after all.

This solves Elway's Tebow problem and no sane football fan can argue with a sure-fire Hall of Famer being the new Broncos QB.

Not that he's going there; I'd heard rumors (and my thinking would have been in the same line) that if he signed with Denver, his agent was insisting that Tebow be traded before Manning signed thus eliminating the distraction/fan-outrage upfront.

There's no way I'd sign there as Manning if Tebow were on the roster...he wasn't even the best QB in Denver last year and the fans still bullied the Broncos into starting him. Manning can likely expect the same regardless how well he plays.
