Tell me to stick with my diet today. I'm having a hard time resisting cereal and milk.

I know, I know....don't go crazy there with the cereal applegrove. So far this month I've lost 6 pounds of the fast diet. Two days a week I have only 500 calories. But I'm getting bored and frustrated with not eating tonight for some reason. There is a French debate on the tv and though I speak French I'm not fluent in government policy vocabulary. There are 5 candidates speaking over each other and 5 translaters speaking over each other. That does not include the one moderator and two journalists who are questioning the candidates and their translaters. That is like 16 people on the stage. What is this? A republican debate or what! Tell me to put the cereal down and turn the tv off. LOL!

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels?

A moment on the lips, forever on the hips?

What you eat in private you wear in public?

You're far to smart to be the only thing standing in your way?

Good luck on your diet applegrove. I hope you meet all your goals.

Always a good idea to do something crafty, where you're using your hands or moving your body. Just sitting and watching TV is an invitation to the craves.
