Question of the Day: Just how ballistic will Lynne Sin go after reading Keef's Led Zeppelin remarks?

Rolling Stone: I was never a big Zeppelin guy.

Keith Richards: Me neither. I love Jimmy Page, but as a band, no, with John Bonham thundering down the highway in an uncontrolled 18-wheeler. He had cornered the market there. Jimmy is a brilliant player. But I always felt there was something a little hollow about it, you know?

Rolling Stone: Robert Plant's voice never really appealed to me.

Keith Richards: No, I think he's doing better stuff now — he did that that thing with what's her name?

Rolling Stone: Alison Krauss, yeah.

Keith Richards: I heard that and thought, "Finally, he's getting his chops!" But no.

the song Stairway to Heaven; Plant would refuse to sing now and be irritated by requests and the song in general.

I don't have a link.

LZ toured with Spirit on their first American tour.

I loved Spirit and liked LZ as a teenager. The last rock show I went to was Spirit in 1994. The original Spirit band merited more success.
