I'm seeing lots of great photos from Alaska tonight, but where we are, there's a cloud layer. If it wasn't so late, I'd drive out of town where people are getting good shows.
The forecasts for the next few days look pretty good, but yesterday into today is best.

but no aurora, in southern MD.

and we had an amazing show, so good I woke my husband up and made him take me down to the point where I think I got some really good shots. (He's funny about letting me go out alone at night.)
Anyway, I'll post some tomorrow. It was awe-inspiring.
