GODDAMN IT, I WANT HIM TO BE ALIVE!

There have been too many deaths of characters I cared about.

The entire story line of the Wall and the white walkers makes no sense without him. I'm convinced that in both the show and the book series the whole point for the red woman to be there is to patch him up.

I'm crossing my fingers that Stannis actually bought it. Never could stand him in the books, and after frying his daughter, I've had it with him. Actually, I'd prefer that the insanely devout Davos ends up whacking him in the books. In the show it seems to me that Melisandre has finally figured out that she made a major goof thinking that Stannis was the "anointed one".

Clearly Jon Snow is a pivotal character and he can't be dead. Well, not dead-dead. My personal theory is that he warged into his direwolf before he died.

Sadly, I suspect we won't see Kit Harrington again, though....

he still has a part to play in the coming season, or seasons. Seems kind of silly otherwise - that would be like putting Sean Bean on Season 2 promo posters, only to not have him on there.

If you want spoilers - swipe to the right Kit Harington has been spotted filming on set. Speculation is that because he "died" and then was probably raised by Melisandre, he is now released from his Night's Watch vows that last until death.

Sean Bean dies in everything. His presence in a show or movie is already a spoiler to a character's demise.
