The most obvious place would be Niagara Falls. Bring your passport or birth certificate, if you can, the views are much better on the Canadian side. Plus you can then make the journey to Niagara on the Lake, which is a very scenic old style town filled with neat shops.

Too late, I've already left home/passport. Been to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. It is lovely!

Thanks

Wait, I was going to suggest MD places but I guess you're at my neck of the woods after all so I can't really suggest anything.

I'm in Perryville (motel) now, crossed Susquehanna last night, but if there's anything you can suggest for my return trip, please do so!

I like passing through areas in Catonsville and Frederick.

I also visit some local farms now and then.

Not sure what to suggest really.

I don't have my schedule set yet; waiting to hear from family, and will check my trusty AAA map when I know what I'm doing.
