OK, I called the cops on taterguy.

I didn't call them when the '89 Ford 150 pickup had been sitting with no tires on concrete blocks in the front yard for 6 months.
I thought "Well, probably sooner or later...".

I didn't call them when he held an all night party in celebration of who knows what and one of his "guests" threw up in my mailbox.
I can remember my younger days and I understand these things happen.
