husband is dd tonight and we're carpooling with a few of my coworkers. i made sure everyone had a safe way to get home.

Ritzy upscale club/bar/free food and drinks...the thought of being bored out of my mind and having to make small talk..

and then they began charging for tickets. the only reason i went the last three years was because my editor bought the tickets. me and the other younger staffers always bolted when older white folks started dancing to brick house.

the least they could do is make it free for you working all year..
