I think it's horrible, but I do like homemade lefse and Julekage. Gjetost (a kind of cheese) is pretty good too. I have never been confronted with a sheep's head, but that's just too creepy.

but the end product is so much better than the stuff you get at the store. Same with Julekage. There's a local grocery store that sells it with frosting, can you imagine?? Nobody made Julekage better than my grandma.
