Where are you? I heard that places in West Virginia got over 40 inches of snow! That would be about to my chest!

Definitely north of West Virginia, but snow like this is not an annual event, not in January anyway.

I love seeing real icicles. Well, in pictures I mean. We have had them a couple of times here but it's so rare. And not like the ones in your pics!

Thanks for sharing these.

The ones we had sucked. You actually have both sides of the street plowed out and all the way down to the asphalt! I bet those socialist snowplowers even evenly sprinkled salt on the roads instead of dumping a big mound of it in an intersection and expecting the cars playing chicken with each other going in opposite directions with only barely one lane sort of plowed out to spread the salt mound around. I bet they didn't even plow all the snow against the cars (like mine!) parked on the street instead of on the bare side of the street where no one is allowed to street park. I guess your township doesn't farm out the plow duties to private concerns for 10 times the money.

Beautiful neighborhood.

I put an ad on Craig's list and hadvp 20 responses immediately.

People need work and I needed help.
I found a nice couple who came twice on Sat. And Sun. I totally over paid them and I think it was the right thing to do. This was a monster storm.

Please,we don't need a repeat experience.
